Fatal Crash with Trapped Victims in Pomona Major, LA, USA
This footage was filmed and produced 12 January 2024.
Pomona PD and LAcoFD responded to a multi-vehicle traffic collision with people trapped at E. Alvarado St and N. Garey Ave. Firefighters had to cut the roof off one vehicle that landed in the front yard of a residence to free the driver at 125 E. Alvarado St. A total of 2 to 3 patients were transported in an unknown condition. The vehicle that landed in the front yard of the residence only had fence and lawn damage. Unknown at this time if speed or alcohol was a factor in the crash. Pomona Pd does have the scene closed off as they investigate the crash.
One of the drivers involved unfortunately succumbed to their injuries and passed away at the hospital.
