Resident uses lobster to retrieve fallen sock
This is the amusing moment a resourceful resident used a lobster to retrieve a fallen sock.
The clever individual came up with a bright idea to recover his sock using the lobster's claw in Guangxi, China, on March 10.
Footage shows the person selecting a lobster from a plastic bag and securing it with a rope.
Carefully lowering the lobster, it instinctively grasped the sock with its powerful pincers.
After gently pulling the thread, he lifted the lobster, along with the white sock, back into his home.
He said: 'I couldn't reach the sock because I am on the 4th floor of the building. Then, I realized I had alive lobsters at home. So, I decided to give it a try.'
