USA: Castaic 3 Killed in Crash 1 Transported in Critical Condition Part 2

08/05/2024 04:33 pm (GMT-0700) | CASTAIC, Calif. – Location: Southbound I-5 at Templin Highway.
A traffic collision was reported around 4:33 p.m. When paramedics arrived, they found one vehicle over the side about 25 feet off the roadway and three people were declared deceased at the scene. One patient was transported by ambulance to Henry Mayo Hospital in critical condition.
The crash is still under investigation by CHP. CHP requested for Caltrans to block the number 3 and 4 lanes while they continue with the investigation, causing major back up for miles during rush hour.
Medical Examiner arrived at the location and additional fire department personnel was requested to retrieve the bodies from the vehicle
