Residents in Mirpur, Rajasthan, formed a human chain to help a herd of goats cross a raging river.

Footage from August 30 shows the locals holding hands to form a barrier to stop the goats from being washed away by the fast-flowing water of the Mirpur river.

Hansraj Meena, a local villager, filmed the video and said: "That moment when the goats come out of the water and look at you all, as if to say, 'thank you, you saved our lives'."
