A kind fast food waiter helped a disabled customer to eat his spaghetti.

The Jollibee crew member paused his work when he saw the diner struggling with his pasta in Manila, the Philippines, on November 28.

Footage shows the worker giving spoonfuls of spaghetti to the customer.

Jiliane Serenuela, who was at another table, said: 'This is a reminder for us to be good any time. I appreciate what he did.'

The concept of fast food was introduced to the Philippines through American military presence during and after World War II.

Jollibee was founded in 1978 as an ice cream parlour and expanded to burgers and spaghetti. The menu was adapted to Filipino tastes, incorporating local flavours in a bizarre fusion of Western and Southeast Asian cuisine.
