US, Bakersfield: Bakersfield Motorcycle Rider Collides With SUV In Kern County
Bakersfield, United States - March 20, 2025 03/20/2025 06:45 pm (GMT-0700) BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – The Kern County Fire Department and California Highway Patrol responded to a crash involving a Kia SUV and a blue motorcycle on Round Mountain Road, just west of Adolphus Avenue. A male motorcycle rider reportedly swerved into the Kia SUV while on his way to meet with other motorcyclists nearby. The female driver of the Kia remained on the scene to cooperate with the California Highway Patrol’s investigation. Kern County Fire Department personnel and paramedics treated the motorcyclist at the scene and prepared him for transport to a local hospital. A short time later, CHP reported that the patient suffered major injuries.
