Car park barrier fail whacks motorcycle rider in the face
This is the shocking moment a car park barrier malfunctioned and smacked a motorcycle rider in the face.
CCTV footage shows the motorcyclist accelerating toward the exit gate when the boom barrier suddenly dropped and hit his head in Indonesia.
Upon impact, the barrier snapped off and crashed to the ground as he sped forward on April 17.
Realising the gate had broken, the rider reversed, and his companion stepped out of the two-wheeler to inspect the device.
The passenger, Azzahra Amelia Putri, said: 'We talked to the management, and they were kind enough not to ask for any compensation.'
