This is the shocking moment a Russian National Guard emergency SUV crashes into a UAZ van at an intersection.

CCTV footage shows multiple vehicles halted at the crossroads of Ostrovsky and Komsomolskaya streets in Toguchin.

Moments later, a speeding company van is seen entering the highway just seconds before the marked vehicle - with lights and siren activated - appears and slams into the UAZ.

The impact flips the van onto its side, but it continues moving by inertia and lands back on its wheels.

A ladder and other equipment can be seen flying out onto the road as the vehicle overturns on the morning of August 21.

Preliminary reports confirmed that no one was injured in the incident.

Officials said the SUV was en route to a guarded facility after receiving an alarm signal when the crash occurred.
