May 11, 2025 Fraud case of dozens of victims on Facebook's "Marketplace" platform - Shi'an District police and Border Guard tactical division operatives arrested a Palestinian suspect from Beitunia. As part of the investigation that took place over the past five months, it emerged that the suspect committed fraud on dozens of Israeli citizen victims from all over the country. The suspect defrauded the citizens while leading them to Judea and Samaria to carry out alleged transactions. When the victims arrived in Judea and Samaria, the suspect "bought" the goods from them and sent them fake documents for money transfers. The findings of the investigation indicate that the suspect made dozens of fictitious transfers and purchased vehicles, ATVs, electric bicycles, electrical appliances, and more.
