Los Angeles, United States - May 23, 2025 05/23/2025 12:04 am GMT-0700 HARVARD HEIGHTS, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – LAPD officers from the Rampart Division initiated a pursuit of a white Chevrolet Camaro after observing the vehicle performing donuts. When officers attempted to stop the car, the driver fled at a high rate of speed. Shortly thereafter, the Camaro crashed into a white SUV. The driver of the Camaro sustained injuries and was taken to a hospital for lacerations to his face. The passenger in the Camaro suffered minor injuries and was released at the scene. The driver of the white SUV was evaluated at the scene, but it is unclear if they were taken to a hospital. LAPD closed the intersection of Normandie & Venice as officers continue their investigation.
