Phoenix, United States - May 25, 2025 05/25/2025 04:30 am GMT-0700 TOLLESON, Ariz. – Firefighters from Tolleson, Avondale, and Phoenix responded to a crash involving two vehicles on the westbound lanes of Interstate 10, just west of North 91st Avenue at approximately 4:30 a.m. One of the vehicles was fully engulfed in flames. All occupants were able to extricate themselves from the vehicles. At least four people were transported by American Medical Response ambulances. A major hard closure and significant delays were in effect until further notice as authorities continued their investigation. It is unclear what caused the crash, and the Department of Public Safety and the Tolleson Police Department are still investigating.
