Los Angeles, United States - May 27, 2025 05/26/2025 10:54 pm GMT-0700 WEST COVINA, Calif. – The California Highway Patrol and the West Covina Fire Department responded to multiple 911 calls reporting a traffic collision on the westbound 10 Freeway at Vincent Avenue in West Covina. Officers and firefighters arrived at the scene to find two vehicles, one on top of the other, on the freeway's right shoulder. Witnesses told officers that a White female wearing a red dress fled the scene on foot, heading westbound on the 10 Freeway. CHP Officers located the female near Vincent Avenue, just north of the freeway. West Covina firefighters were assessing the female driver who fled from the location. In response to the incident, the CHP issued a Sig Alert for the right two lanes of the westbound 10 Freeway at Vincent Avenue.
