Los Angeles, United States - July 05, 2025 07/05/2025 05:09 am GMT-0700 POMONA, Calif. – California Highway Patrol officers and the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to a multi-vehicle traffic collision on the eastbound 10 Freeway just before Indian Hill Boulevard in Pomona. Upon arriving at the scene, officers and firefighters found one male who had been pronounced dead on the right shoulder of the freeway. It appears that a semi-trailer collided with a possibly stalled vehicle, resulting in the semi turning sideways and blocking the four left lanes of the eastbound 10 Freeway. CHP has temporarily halted all lanes, and a Sig Alert has been issued, although the duration of the closure is currently unknown.
