Footage shows small rocks tumbling down a hillside onto a busy road in Zhaotong City, Yunnan, on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 22.
A petroleum truck approaching the scene is seen briefly stopping after noticing the falling debris, but continues moving forward.
Moments after the vehicle passes, huge boulders crash down, narrowly missing the vehicle.
Authorities confirmed that no injuries were reported. The blocked road was reopened the following day after crews worked diligently to clear the rubble.
