Passengers on an Air India flight to Singapore faced nearly two hours of extreme discomfort after the aircraft’s air conditioning and electrical systems stopped working, video filmed by Ashish Mishra shows.

The footage captures travelers using printed materials to fan themselves as they struggled with the intense heat. The cabin’s electricity outage worsened the situation.

Ashish Mishra reported: “Now after suffering without AC for around 2 hrs, passengers of Delhi-Singapore Air India flight being deplaned suspecting a technical glitch. Passengers onboard Delhi-Singapore flight have been suffering without AC for around 1.5 hrs also the electricity in the cabin has gone. People are forced to use papers as fans. Eventually, passengers were deplaned and rerouted on another flight to Singapore.

The incident adds to a series of technical problems for Air India, including a recent aborted landing, highlighting ongoing issues with passenger comfort and service reliability.
