厨师将速冻饺子连袋煮引争议 或释放有毒物质
8月31日，中国广东的一餐馆内，食客记录下厨师将速冻饺子连袋煮的过程。
视频显示，厨师在煮速冻饺子时，未拆除塑料包装袋，直接将整袋饺子投入正在煮面的锅中。煮制过程中，透明的塑料袋与饺子一同在滚烫的水中上下翻腾。数分钟后，厨师用漏勺捞出饺子袋，撕开包装，然后把饺子倒入碗中。
此画面曝光后，迅速在网络上传播，引发网友对食品安全的广泛担忧。
食品专家指出，速冻饺子的塑料包装袋一般由聚乙烯（PE）制成，其耐热温度通常在70-90℃左右，而水的沸点接近100℃。当包装袋在沸水中长时间煮制，很可能会释放出如双酚A（BPA）、邻苯类增塑剂等有毒有害物质。长期摄入这些物质，会对人体的内分泌系统、生殖系统造成严重损害。此外，塑料袋表面印刷的油墨并非完全无毒，在高温条件下，这些油墨中的化学物质更易溶出，伴随食物进入人体。
一位从事餐饮行业的人士表示，后厨操作有着严格的流程，拆袋、解冻、清洗、下锅，每一步都不可或缺。这种带袋煮的操作，要么是员工培训不到位，要么就是商家为节省时间和成本故意为之，本质上是缺乏职业道德的表现。
