This is the heartwarming moment kind shop staff sang happy birthday to a youngster who was celebrating alone.

The bakery workers were moved when Danly Serrano asked them to put ‘Me, Myself, and I' as a dedication on the chocolate chiffon he ordered in Manila, the Philippines.

Footage shows the pair lighting a candle and singing to Danly, who burst into tears on the other side of the counter.

The employees held the cake out to an emotional Danly as he blew the flames and they told him to make a wish.

One of the workers told him: ‘Please don't cry, we might cry too. Please pass the tissue.'

Speaking after, Danly said the kind staff made his birthday more memorable than it would have been.

He added: ‘The two staff members there asked me who the cake was for, and I told them it was for myself.

‘They prepared the cake, and to my surprise, they suddenly sang the Happy Birthday song for me.'
