Brave little visitors had a Burmese python draped over their shoulders.

Footage captured by Thanaporn Chatcharaporn shows a snake enthusiast gently placing the yellow snake onto two young girls at Pet Expo in Bangkok, Thailand.

The youngsters can be seen standing close together while the serpent hangs on them on August 2.

Meanwhile, the keeper holds the python's head in front of the camera as the girls strike a pose with the animal.
