Driver using phone fails to stop before hitting car in front
A driver distracted by her phone failed to stop in time and crashed into the car ahead.
Rear dashcam footage shows the white sub-SUV slowly rolling forward as the woman behind the wheel looks down at her lap, seemingly scrolling through her device in Moscow, Russia.
Moments later, the vehicle rear-ended the four-wheeler in front on November 9.
The impact brought both cars to an abrupt halt, with the woman gasping in shock.
No injuries were reported.
