US, Phoenix: Phoenix 24th Street Vehicle Vs Pedestrian Collision
Phoenix, United States - December 16, 2025 12/16/2025 12:00 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police officers and Phoenix Fire Department crews responded to reports of a vehicle versus pedestrian collision at the intersection of 24th Street and Broadway Road in South Phoenix at approximately midnight. According to information gathered at the scene, an unidentified pedestrian was struck by a Chevy pickup truck. The pedestrian was transported to a local trauma center in critical condition. A hard closure was established for both 24th Street and Broadway Road. The Broadway Road closure spanned from 25th Street to 23rd Street. The 24th Street closure spanned from the 4400 South block to Pueblo Avenue. Phoenix Police Vehicular Crimes Unit detectives are investigating the collision.
