This is the dramatic moment an aggressive worker confronted a concerned commuter at a metro station in Delhi.

Paul was waiting for his ride when the train employee, who was allegedly intoxicated, approached and attempted to pick a fight with him at the Chhattarpur Metro Station in Northern India.

Footage shows the employee recording Paul on his phone while arguing with him on December 21.

Bystanders quickly stepped in between Paul and the worker to prevent the confrontation from escalating into a physical brawl.

Paul said: 'He started shouting at me and even threatened to kill me. I believe he was drunk. I will report him to the police and the metro authorities to ensure he is held accountable.'

The commuter advised fellow travellers to remain vigilant, warning that safety concerns persist in parts of Delhi.
