A curious young tiger was left trapped and distressed after sinking its teeth into the rubber tyre of a sightseeing vehicle.

The incident was filmed on December 17, 2025, in Liaoning Province, north-eastern China, when a group of visitors came face-to-face with three juvenile tigers resting by the roadside.

In the footage, one of the big cats can be seen biting into the vehicle's tyre, before suddenly realising its teeth were wedged deep inside the thick tread.

As the tiger struggled, a second cub moved closer, appearing to nudge and investigate its trapped companion, while the animal remained unable to free its jaw.

The driver attempted to help by slowly turning the wheel, but the tiger's head remained stuck, with onlookers watching anxiously as the animal appeared to be in discomfort.

Moments later, a third tiger walked over, pawing at the distressed tiger.

The tiger eventually managed to pull its teeth free from the tyre, escaping without serious injury.
