A man died from a snakebite in Rampur, He was performing stunts with a nearly 6-foot-long cobra when the snake bit him three times in quick succession. The venom spread so rapidly through his body that he was declared dead by doctors upon arrival at the hospital. 50-year-old G. Raj Singh died from a cobra bite in Pipliya Gopal village of Bilaspur tehsil in Rampur district. The incident occurred on a village road when Raj Singh was playing a dangerous game with a 6-foot-long venomous cobra. Despite warnings from villagers, he wrapped the snake around his neck and began boasting about his bravery. During this time, the cobra bit him in three places. Raj died on the spot. The forest department subsequently captured the snake, and the police sent the dead body for post mortem
