Who doesn’t love a cozy home? Snakes do too. A video of a snake making itself comfortable inside the shoe of a person has emerged.

The video was filmed recently in southern India’s Tamil Nadu.

According to the footage, the reptile, small in size, was seen perched inside the shoe.

The video was also aimed at cautioning others to check thoroughly before putting on a shoe.

It is not clear if the snake was poisonous or not as the breed of the snake wasn’t identified.

Similar accidents, some resulting in deaths, have been reported in the past.

In a separate incident, reported earlier in February, a man from India’s Karnataka state, told media that he had to call a snake rescuer after discovering a five-foot snake coiled inside his shoe.

The incident took place in the state’s Nelmangala area.

The footwear was kept outside the house, he added.

The snake was later rescued safely and translocated to a forest.
