Baidu's CEO Robin Li had water poured over his head by a man at the company's AI event in Beijing on July 3.

The video shows Li having a speech on a stage when a man in a black T-shirt suddenly walks up to him and pours a bottle of water onto his head.

Li can be heard saying: "What is your problem?!" While wiping the water off his face.

Baidu's CEO reportedly continued his speech saying: "As you can see there may have a variety of unexpected things happen on our way forward in AI development. But our determination will not change going forward. We firmly believe AI will change everyone's life."

Baidu have said the man has been arrested by the police and the case is being investigated.

7月3日上午，国家会议中心，百度AI开发者大会现场，百度创始人、董事长、CEO李彦宏在对百度实现自动泊车进行演讲，讲到打通自由出行最后一公里时，突遇意外，一名男子拿一瓶矿泉水兜头给他浇了一瓶水。李彦宏身穿的白衬衫几乎湿透。

现场一度陷入沉默。李彦宏反应了两秒钟之后，对泼水人说了一句，“What’s your problem？”（你有什么问题），然后一边用手擦脸上的水，一边说，“大家看到AI前进的道路上，还是会有各种各样意想不到的事发生，但是我们前行的决心不会改变。我们坚信AI会改变每一个人的生活。”

李彦宏的应急发言，赢得了现场观众的掌声支持。

7月3日晚间， 百度表示，肇事者已经被公安机关依法带走并调查。
