A heroic man helped a woman stop her driverless car after it started rolling down a road in northern China.

The CCTV video, filmed in Dalian city in Liaoning province on August 21, shows the vehicle gradually move down the road after the driver got out.

After the woman noticed the incident, she ran to catch the car but could not get inside.

A man named Yu Yingfu also chased the vehicle down, pulled the car door open and jumped in to press the brakes.

The woman reportedly forgot to pull the handbrake after she stopped her vehicle on the slope and left.

Thanks to Yu's quick actions, no one was injured.

瓦房店市瓦窝镇人民政府门前是一条坡路，21号上午10点半，一名女司机停车后忘拉手刹，结果轿车顺着坡溜了下去，好在一位英勇的大叔及时出手，追出几十米后，飞身跳上车，帮着把车停住了，现场一处监控拍下了当时的情况，让我们一起看看这位大叔的身手。
监控视频显示，当时，一辆黑色轿车开进政府大院，车停下后，一名女司机下了车，随后，这辆轿车开始慢慢向后溜车，这一幕恰好被正在楼内办公的于英福看到，他一边提醒女司机，一边冲出来向轿车追了过去。
于英福说，这条坡路平时车流量挺大，两侧都是民房，有不少居民出行，坡下还与另一条主路相连，一旦轿车溜下去，后果不堪设想。当时车越溜越快，于英福也跟着加速狂奔起来，追赶中还跑掉了一只鞋，光着脚追了几米后，他终于打开了副驾驶车门，飞身跳上了车。
于英福刚把车挺稳，坡下就接连驶来了三辆车，其中还包括一辆大型货车，于英福也惊出了一身冷汗。于英福今年57岁，是瓦窝镇人民政府办公室主任，也是一名30年车龄的老司机，虽然处理这起意外事故的过程一气呵成，但事后想想，于英福也挺后怕。
于英福说，后来他了解到，当天那名女司机停车后挂了空档，却忘了拉手刹，才引发了溜车事故，也被吓得够呛，好一会儿才缓过神儿来，专程来向他道谢。
