Good Samaritans rescued a scooter rider buried under sand after a transport truck flipped over in eastern China.

The CCTV video, shot in Juye county in Shandong province on September 2, shows a transport truck bumping into a scooter after turning a corner and flipping over onto the road.

The scooter rider was knocked over and the sand crashed down, burying the woman.

Nearby passersby ran to rescue the woman, digging at the sand with their bare hands.

She was sent to hopsital for treatment after being saved from the sand. Fortunately, she only suffered minor injuries.

The truck driver did not slow down when he turned a corner. He was blamed for the incident.

2019年9月2日，山东巨野县。一辆重型半挂车右转时发生侧翻，车上黄沙将一名骑电动车的女子掩埋。正在路对面吃饭的几名男子发现情况后，赶紧跑过来，用手刨土将女子救出。女子受轻伤，半挂车司机负全责。
上午7点50分，在菏泽巨野县麟台路与杨庄路交叉路口，一名女子骑着两轮电动车，自东向西穿过十字路口，与自北向南快速行驶的一辆拉满黄沙的重型半挂车，发生了碰撞。半挂车司机为了躲避路人，情急之下往右前方紧急打方向，导致半挂车发生侧翻，骑车女子瞬间被整车黄沙掩埋。
就在这危急时刻，经过路口的市民第一时间赶了过来。由于没有工具，大家只能用手奋力扒开黄沙，不到两分钟时间，就将掩埋在黄沙下的女子救出，并紧急送往医院救治。
万幸的是，女子只是受了点轻伤。交警调查发现，半挂车司机吕某，在通过路口时由于减速不及时，导致事故发生，负全部责任。
