Builders work on 200ft high pure copper Buddha statue in Bangkok
Builders work on a giant Buddha statue that stretches 200ft (69 metres) high and is 131ft (40 metres) wide.
The pure copper deity is at the Wat Pak Nam temple in the Phasi Charoen district of Bangkok, Thailand.
On Sunday the temple will host a 'Thod Kathin' robe offering ceremony, in which followers give new orange shawls to the monks.
Work on the statue, which is the largest in Bangkok, is expected to be finished before the end of the year.
