Indian fishermen bring in swordfish weighing 881lbs
A unique species of fish netted by fishermen in eastern India's Odisha fetched a hefty price at an auction.
According to reports, the incident took place on December 6 in Paradeep seaport in the state's Jagatsinghpur district.
The unusual catch, later identified as a swordfish, sold for $22.44 per kilogram during an aution.
The visuals show the fishermen unloading the fish from the boat, tied with ropes, and carry till the seashore.
Reports also say that the fish weight around 400 kilograms each.
The delicacy was bought by a fish trader from Mumbai who did not shy away from spending the cash.
