A candidate contesting for the Sarpanch election was seen throwing banknotes of Rs 500( $7) into the air in a bid to woo voters in the northwest Indian state of Rajasthan.
The incident took place on January 29 in a small village of Ganeshpura located in the state's Bundi district.
