Over 100 Chinese children paraded in traditional procession in Indonesia
this is the "sipasan" procession on the stamp of Go Goh Commemoration in Padang City, Indonesia, 8 February 2020.
"sipasan" is a dragon-headed procession with the bodies of children of Chinese citizens who are adopted by hundreds of fathers. This "sasan" has a length of 150 meters with 105 children.
albert the chief executive said "the tradition of" sipasan "is a form of gratitude for Chinese citizens at the celebration of the stamp of go meh ,, with the procession "the children can remember their happy times with people who are older than them"
the child in the head is the child of a family of Chinese citizens who most have a high degree. This sipasan is in the wine circle surrounding a number of main streets in Padang City and attracts thousands of local and foreign tourists.
