Spine chilling moments of a risky rescue of a youth captured on camera in Southern india
Vegamangalm is a village near kaveripakkam of Ranipet District in Tamilnadu. Chandrakanth a 24 year old youth lives in the Vegamangalm village. He went to reare cattles in the palar river basin. He suddenly got strangled in flash floods from palar river. He was washed away by the flash floods but managed to climb a high rocky area. Later the rescue team with the help of the villagers managed to rescue the youth by tying ropes and safe jacket on him.
It's was a very risky rescue as the level of the floods may increase in any time
