Billboard in Cape Town's CBD encourages people to wear masks amidst Covid 19 second wave
A billboard in the side of a building at the top of Cape Town's Long Street tells people to "Mask Up"to avoid the spread of Covid 19. South Africa is currently battling under a huge amount of second wave Covid 19 infections which is testing the country's state and private health facilities to the limit.
The country was moved from alert level one to alert level on 28 December 2020 after infections spiked at more than 15000 new infections for several consecutive days.
