A major fire broke out in a grocery store in central India's Madhya Pradesh on March 25. The incident took place in Patharia, located in the Damoh district.

Visuals feature the grocery store set ablaze. High flames erupt from the structure while dense clouds of gray smoke continuously rise towards the sky. The fire department personnel rush to the spot and initiate the cooling operation while the onlookers gather around to behold the experience.

The fire broke out in the grocery store, following which the fire department rushed two fire tenders and two water tankers to the spot. It took the fire personnel nearly an hour to gain control of the situation. While no casualties were reported, goods worth Rs 30 lakh (USD 41,387) were destroyed in the fire.
