An oxygen tanker overturned as the driver lost control over the wheels to save cattle on a road in central India's Madhya Pradesh on May 17. The incident took place near Garhakota in the Sagar district.

A video features several excavators present on the spot to pick up the oxygen tanker that flipped on the road. Following this, the fire tenders also reach the place while the cops are already stationed on the spot to take control of the situation. Moreover, no oxygen leakage occurs following the mishap while the onlookers behold the occurrence.

The incident transpired in Chanaua village under the jurisdiction of Garhakota Police Station on the Sagar-Damoh road during the morning. The tanker carrying 22 tonnes of liquid medical oxygen was on its way from Bokaro in Jharkhand to Bhopal when it overturned in an attempt to protect the cattle that appeared on the road. There was no leakage of oxygen from the container while the tanker would be shifted to another transport with the help of the police officials and will be conveyed to Bhopal to treat the Covid-19 patients.
