A Railway Protection Force (RPF) official saved a passenger from falling into the gap between the train and the platform in western India's Maharashtra on June 7. The incident took place at the Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, located in Mumbai.

CCTV footage features a train leaving the station. Within moments, a passenger attempts to board the moving locomotive but loses his balance. While he maintains his grip on the door handle, his lower body slowly drifts towards the passage between the train and the platform. Upon noticing this, an alert RPF official rushes to his rescue and pulls him onto the station.

The passenger attempted to board the Gorakhpur Express when the incident unfolded. However, a railway official, identified as Milind Pathare, saved him from sliding into the gap and pulled him to safety.
