Wild python emerges from gutter pipe in Thailand
This is the moment a large python was seen emerging from a gutter pipe.
The serpent slowly came out of the narrow hole by the roof of a parking lot after heavy rain in Chonburi province, Thailand on September 15.
It had its tail exposed first before hanging on the water pipe and swaying with some dried grass on its body.
Onlooker Nitipong Sirinipatkul said the snake might have been hunting for bird nests on the roof as there were some in the area.
He said: ‘There was a bird’s nest falling from the pipe before the snake came out. I think it went in to eat the birds inside.’
The creature was retrieved by animal rescuers later on. No one was reported hurt from the incident.
