Wildlife was having the best time until humans decided to disrupt their peace in Sri Lanka on October 11. The incident took place in Baravila in Madatugama.

Visuals feature the herd of elephants spotting the youngsters atop a giant tree in daylight, following which they begin to encircle them for invading their space. After a while, more tuskers, including calves, join the herd to scare the locals away from their region, leading to a bizarre scenario.

Due to rising water levels in the Kalawewa National Park, wild elephant herds have begun to inhabit the surrounding forests. Moreover, a herd of about 100 jumbos began to enter the villages in search of food and water, making the locals curious as they climbed atop the trees to behold the spectacle. However, the elephants surrounded them around the tree and waited till dark until the villagers chased them away and took action against the young people.
