A passenger forced a bus driver in northern China to stop the vehicle by threatening to jump out of the window.

Video filmed in the city of Tangshan in Hebei Province on October 27 shows a woman sitting on an open window, threatening the driver that she would jump out of the bus if he did not stop the vehicle.

According to reports, a previous bus stop was temporarily out of use as the section of the road was under construction so the bus driver advised the woman to get off at a nearby bus stop.

However, the woman insisted on getting off at that stop and climbed onto the bus window to threaten the driver.

The driver called the police to deal with the case.
