Chinese students wear luminous name tags on their heads to help parents locate them in the dark
Primary school students were spotted wearing luminous name tags on their heads so their parents could locate them quickly in eastern China.
The video filmed in Yangzhou, Jiangsu province, shows a group of pupils wearing bright headbands leaving school.
It’s reported that, after the autumn semester began, it usually gets dark when school finishes, which makes it hard for parents waiting outside to pick their children up. So the teachers and parents committee representatives came up with the idea of the students wearing lit name tags.
The video was filmed on October 25 and provided by local media.
