Four-storey building explodes in eastern China
A four-storey building exploded in eastern China.
Video filmed in the city of Suzhou in Jiangsu Province on July 6 shows a ball of fire suddenly bursting out of a building named Liteng Apartment.
According to reports, the four-storey building was 20 years old. There were textile merchants on the ground floor and the apartment building was filled with workers from nearby factories.
The merchants told Jimu News that there were people injured in the blast.
Since the apartment did not have a gas pipeline, the merchants guessed that the incident may be caused by gas cylinder explosion.
