Footage shows tourists feeding monkeys living around a volcano in Myanmar.

Shwe Khay Oo had a trip with her family to the dormant Mount Popa, where dozens of primates greeted them in Mandalay on March 2.

Anticipating that wildlife would flock to them, they brought snacks to share with the animals around the park. A vendor also sold special snacks for the monkeys that the visitors could buy.

Footage shows Shwe and relatives handing out food to the hungry creatures.

She said: ‘These little monkeys are very greedy for food. Some tried stealing more from my hand when I already gave them some.

‘But I guess that's just how they survive in the wild.'
