Rapper Biggie Babylon and his 3-year-old daughter escaped death following a crash involving California Highway Patrol officer who was involved in a high-speed chase of a stolen vehicle in San Diego on Thursday, March 2.

The aftermath of the footage was captured on camera.

On his nearly 65,000 Instagram following, Biggie Babylon bills himself as a 2021 SDMA "Best Hip Hop / Rap artist" nominee and Billboard and ITunes charting artist.

Biggie Babylon shared his intense experience and story with Newsflare.

"The scariest moments of my life happened on March 2. While waiting at a red light to turn left into my home complex in Spring Valley, California, I noticed a couple of police cars driving really fast toward us. I told my 3 1/2-year-old daughter Gianna, 'look there are police cars coming this way.' Little did I know it was the California Highway Patrol in a high-speed chase with a stolen car that hit the red light and flew into the intersection at speeds around 100 MPH. The stolen car hit another turning vehicle which then smashed straight into us. Chaos ensued as I ran out of the car to go check on my daughter in the back seat and I noticed guns drawn and some young kids running toward me and trying to run away from the scene. There was a helicopter giving commands. I got worried that I was going to be in the middle of some crossfire so I jumped back in the car and that's when I started the video. I couldn't take my baby crying anymore so I jumped out, put the phone in my pocket, grabbed Gianna as quickly as possible, and ran to the nearest police officer on the side of the road. Not knowing if she was seriously injured, she was checked out by paramedics on the scene and later in an emergency room. Thank God there are no major injuries for her but I am in quite a bit of pain. We are both home now but I can’t escape the thought of how bad this could have really been. I don’t understand why the police do these high speed chases! Tell your family you love them every day because you never know."
