A WOMAN was horrified when the Central London hotel she booked had LUMINOUS WEE in the toilet – and made a hilarious video reviewing the “hotel from hell”.

Twitch streamer, known by her handle, Knightenator (28) from London, UK, booked the £146-a-night hotel with a friend so they could attend her gaming meet-up in her local area.

From the pictures online, it looked like a bargain but when they arrived they were baffled by the bathroom, which was like an “airlock” and, incredibly, had to be walked through from the hotel room’s front door in order to access the bedroom.

There was also a heatwave and the room had no air-conditioning.

Knightenator also said the room was dirty and there were “questionable stains” throughout.

Even worse, when she and her friend got back from the event they discovered bright-yellow urine in the toilet bowl with no idea who could have used it while they were out.

“When we returned many hours later, we were greeted with the horrendous bathroom with the toilet seat up and luminous yellow wee in the toilet,” she said.

“We both assumed the other person had covertly urinated before leaving.

“Turns out, neither of us had!

“While we were out, someone had come into the room, had a wee and left.

“The enigma still remains to this day, we have no idea who entered the room and what on earth they had been drinking to turn their wee such a toxic colour but hey, it added to the theatrics of the hotel from hell.”

Knightenator decided to find the funny side to the situation and, instead of complaining to the management, made a video about the bizarre room.

“My friend and I couldn't believe it when we walked in, we genuinely laughed for a solid 20 minutes at all the odd stains, broken appliances hanging off the walls and most of all the bathroom situation,” she said.

“The airlock style entrance to the room (aka the bathroom) was the weirdest part to the room.

“You open the hotel room door to be greeted by a toilet with a shower above.

“There was no safe space to place the toilet roll either because when you put the shower on, everything in the bathroom gets soaked because it's so small.

“Then you step through to the next room and you find the beds.

“There were also very questionable stains all around the room and on the bedding.”

Knightenator said she hopes she never stays in a room like it ever again – and has been banned from picking future hotels by her friend.

But she said it was not entirely her fault because the hotel was a “catfish” and looked nice in photographs.

“I game on Twitch for a living and each year I organise a community meetup for my viewers to spend time together in person,” she said.

“This hotel stood out as a reasonably priced one (for London at least) and didn't look too bad so I booked it to stay in with my friend who was also attending my meetup.

“Safe to say, he will never trust me to pick a hotel again.”
