Man arrested for smashing car windscreen after crash in China
A man was arrested after smashing a car's window following a crash in China.
Video filmed in Wuhan City in Hubei Province on August 1, shows a man throwing a rock at a car to smash the front windscreen of it.
The initial investigation revealed that the drivers, named Chen and Cui, had come into contact after changing lanes, leading to minor damage to both vehicles. Infuriated by the collision, Chen retrieved a rock and violently smashed the windscreen of Cui's car.
Terrifyingly, the shocking incident took a turn for the worse when a pregnant passenger named Wang in Cui's car began to feel unwell.
Quick-thinking police officers swiftly transported her to the hospital for medical examination, where she was thankfully found to be in no serious danger.
Chen has been taken into custody and is facing administrative detention for deliberately damaging property. The traffic accident is under ongoing investigation, with authorities working tirelessly to ascertain the full details of the terrifying altercation.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
