A female snake catcher tackles deadly cobras with her hands in this compilation of videos taken while she was working.

Footage shows the brave animal rescuer Kesaraporn Bunsuk taming and securing the killer serpents without special gear in Bangkok, Thailand, on March 20.

Kesaraporn was calm as she showed to colleagues in the male-dominated field how to handle the reptiles.

She removed the dangerous snakes from homes, gardens, abandoned car parks and buildings before handing them over to her colleagues for them to released several miles away.

Kesaraporn has now earned a reputation as the go-to girl for dealing with cobras, teaching others how to stay calm while approaching the reptiles.

Researchers found that 7,000 people are treated for snake bites each year in Thailand. Suchai Suteparuk from the Division of Toxicology at Chulalongkorn University reported that 30 of those die, with cobras being the biggest killer.
