A cute monkey suddenly turned angry and bared its teeth when a holidaymaker asked her brother to get it off her.

Lukas Rodriguez was visiting Monkey Forest, Indonesia, with his sister on October 14 when they spotted a long-tailed macaque perched on a banister.

Cute footage – which has been viewed 1 million times – showed the little monkey grab Lukas’ sister’s hand and even massage it gently before climbing on top of her shoulder.

Clearly not comfortable with the monkey climbing on her back, Lukas’ sister asks him to get it off her but the animal quickly bared its teeth and hissed at him to get back before eventually getting down.

Lukas said: “We spotted the monkey looking a big sad sat on the banister so we walked over to say hello.

“At first it was really friendly and pleasant with us. He happily helped our hands and even massaged my sister’s hand.

“Suddenly it climbed on top of her shoulder, which she didn’t like and got a bit scared.

“When she asked me to try and get it off her, he turned aggressive and started baring its teeth and hissing at me. It was quite scary.”
