The World Media Summit currently underway in China provides a great opportunity for networking and enhancing mutual understanding among media outlets, according to Abdullah Mismar, managing editor of Ammon News in Jordan.

Mismar also stressed the role of media to keep updated with the latest technological developments to play their role effectively and efficiently.

By staying ahead of every development, it will serve as the primary disseminator and introducer of innovations to the public."
