"The most vivid, most relevant impression I had about China is how socialism generates development.
The living conditions of the Chinese people are improving systematically, constantly.
There is harmony between development and the environment.
We can now see how they have been solving the major problems related to the environment.
In China, there is a great desire to change the energy matrix. The country that invests the most in clean energy, that is, wind and photovoltaics, is China. It is the one that generates the largest amount of energy of this type globally. It is a concern, it is a commitment of the Chinese authorities to fulfill that goal (of green development)."
