STORYLINE:

This year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and France, as well as the China-France Year of Culture and Tourism.

The Ballet of the Bordeaux State Opera recently presented a special performance in Shanghai.

"Now the country has made a big, big change. And we feel something full of energy, full of culture. And Shanghai especially is really now a big, big center of the planet for culture, either for classical and romantic culture, but also for contemporary culture."

The Shanghai Grand Theatre has also presented the ballet "The Legend of Chanel."
